Arrange a property visit
We will schedule a property visit to assess your property, where our team will conduct a thorough assessment. Various aspects such as the physical infrastructure, facilities, amenities, location, and an overall assessment of what your property has to offer.

Agree on an offer
Based on our research and comprehensive assessment, a rental offer will be prepared either by us or yourself. We will set up a meeting to finalize this agreement and ensure all the necessary boxes are checked.

The handover
Once all contracts have been signed, a stock-taking process will be conducted, and the handover of the property will be completed. Following this, we will initiate preparations to commence our business.
